Unposted provides mortgage rate information for general educational purposes. It is not a mortgage broker, lender, or financial, legal, or tax advisor, and nothing on the site is a mortgage offer or personalized advice. Rates shown are estimates drawn from publicly reported offers and public market data; they are not guaranteed, change constantly, and may differ from any rate you are actually offered. Always confirm details with a licensed professional before making a decision.
No guarantee of accuracy
We work hard to keep our data honest and current, and we show the sample size and date behind every figure. Even so, self-reported data can be incomplete or mistaken, and we make no warranty that any figure is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. You use the information at your own discretion.
Broker connections
If you choose to be connected with a broker, you consent to us sharing the details you provide, as described in the privacy policy. Brokers and lenders are independent third parties; we do not control and are not responsible for their conduct, advice, or the products they offer. We may receive a referral fee, which never affects the benchmark we show you. You are under no obligation to proceed with anyone.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service, and do not submit false information or another person's details without their permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unposted and its operator are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any broker connection made through it. The service is provided “as is”.
